| My client is looking for the immediate start of 2 possibly 3 Recruitment Consultants in the IT Sector.
Developing new business and maintaining the relationships of existing clients is key to this position.
Your duties will be
- New business development
- Cold calling
- Client meetings
- Resourcing candidates
- Arranging interviews
- Preparing candidates for interview
- Lead generation
- Account managing
- Headhunting
We are looking for experienced recruiters who could handle all of the above and be able to work on their own initiative.
This company would be happy to look at trainees that have a strong desire to work within recruitment; training will be given to the right candidate possibly a graduate or second jobber looking to change career.
A good package is available for the right candidate.
