Position
In this role your main purpose will be to team lead the customer service team and oversee the daily operation of the customer service department.
This is a “hands on” team leader role that will involve you taking calls getting involved in the day to day duties within the team.
Main duties:
• Ensure that all customer service operatives are cross trained in all areas of the department
• Ensure that customer service operatives are trained and knowledgeable of the features and benefits of each watch brand
• Report on end of month repair and call statistics including repair trend analysis, call volume and analysis, and repair revenue
• Answering calls and helping the customer service team with regular duties
Candidate
To be successful in this role you must enjoy working in a “hands on” capacity with a female based team.
Key experience required:
• Experience working within a call centre environment
• Management experience of at least 2 direct reports
• Watch product knowledge
• Repair/warranty knowledge/experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
