A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an 'Assistant Team Manager'
- You must provide a clear sense of leadership and give full support to Team Manager.
- You must be able to deputise and resume responsibility of Team Manager in their absence.
- You will be required to set and attend meetings as appropriate with local and/or national organisations.
- You must possess a professional social work qualification with at least 2 years experience of working within children's services.
- You must demonstate an understanding of planning and service delivery issues in a multi-agency, muti-diciplinary context.
- You must have knowledge of court work and related processes and procedures.
ESSENTIAL: 2 Years Child Protection 2 Years Children in Need 1 Year experience as an Assistant Team Manager CIN.
